About GLP One Hub
A plain-English reference for the most consequential class of medications of the decade.
Why this site exists
GLP-1 medications moved from diabetes clinics to dinner-table conversation in just a few years. The questions people actually ask — "Will I regain the weight?", "Is sublingual semaglutide real?", "Why is compounded so much cheaper?" — are usually answered either by marketing pages selling something or by journal articles written for clinicians. GLP One Hub sits in the middle: direct answers, written for patients, sourced like a review article.
How we work
- Question-first. Every page starts from a real question people ask search engines, AI assistants, and their doctors. The short answer comes first; detail and caveats follow.
- Evidence-based. Claims about efficacy and safety trace to clinical trials (STEP, SURMOUNT, SELECT, SCALE and others), FDA labeling, and peer-reviewed literature. Each page lists its sources and a last-reviewed date.
- Form-agnostic. We cover the whole landscape — brand-name injectables, compounded formulations, sublingual tablets, oral semaglutide, and emerging molecules — and we are explicit about which forms are FDA-approved and which are not.
- No prescriptions, no sales. We do not prescribe, dispense, or sell anything. Pages that mention providers (like our where-to-get guide) list them alphabetically and unranked.
What this site is not
GLP One Hub is not a medical practice and nothing here is medical advice. GLP-1s are serious prescription medications with real contraindications. Use this site to walk into your clinician conversation informed — not to replace it. See our medical disclaimer and editorial policy.
